When Livhu Tshipuke's family paint manufacturing business faced challenges following the passing of his father, he channeled his energy into establishing his own legacy within the paint industry. This endeavor serves as a poignant tribute to his father, Patrick Tshipuke, who was a pioneer in South Africa's paint manufacturing sector. In 1999, Patrick became one of the first black entrepreneurs to manufacture decorative and industrial paints in South Africa, founding a reputable paint brand in Shayandima Industrial, Limpopo. His dedication to the craft was not only a personal achievement but a beacon of inspiration for many in the community. After Patrick's passing in 2011, his vision and passion for excellence lived on through Livhu.
Driven by the lessons imparted by his father, Livhu embarked on a journey to build a distinguished paint brand of his own. In 2017, he launched Pat and Jul Paints, which later evolved into APCoat in 2021. Under his leadership, APCoat has embraced innovation and technology, focusing on producing high-quality coatings that include both decorative and performance products tailored to meet the diverse needs of customers.
APCoat is committed to customer satisfaction, ensuring that every product not only meets but exceeds expectations. With a rich legacy and a forward-thinking approach, APCoat stands as a testament to resilience, creativity, and a deep-rooted passion for the paint industry.
